HOW DOES INFLATION AFFECT PEOPLE’S LIVES IN OUR SOCIETY AND COUNTRY?

This is a topic asking about how inflation affects common people’s lives in our society and country at large. So let’s assume that to be majority of say middle class, or the average person.

Since most, not all, but most middle class people simply have a job as opposed to owning a business or having a lot of investment, so inflation is an absolute disaster for the average person in this situation.

It causes all their expenses to skyrocket and since the common person doesn’t have the type of investment that can actually benefit from inflation. Rents go up, so inflation is especially bad if you are a renter, and other consumer commodity such as food, gas, clothes will basically go up.

Wages eventually goes up this indicates that there’s loss of purchasing power. So common people take the hit, and even the standard of living goes up.

Government like inflation because the government has the national debt, with this debt it is easier to pay with inflated dollars. To the government it is so fast to pay debt with inflated dollars, since common people don’t know that politics cause inflation and politicians are the ones to be blamed for high inflation in the country. So the best thing the common person can do is to

1. Vote out politicians who cause inflation

2. Start investing in things that benefit from inflation, and these things include owning real estate and businesses, even if it is just a side hustle, while you still have a job.

Real estate prices and rents go up during inflation. During inflation period the value of assets goes up but your mortgage payment stays the same, so your assets expenses don’t go up while the value goes up.

So don’t be only a consumer but be a business owner or an investor, and will benefit from inflation. That is what a common person can do.
